The client pays a monthly rate that varies according to the services provided and the team that works for him or her.

“Different for Advertising & E-Commerce” dedicates the first week after signing the contract to form the team for the client, while the second week is dedicated to preparing the business. Therefore, the client should not in any way expect starting the work in the two weeks that follow signing the contract.

“Different for Advertising & E-Commerce” must provide the client with a timetable of the activities that will be done in cooperation with him or her.

The company must document the work of every working week and ensures that the agreed outputs are fulfilled.

The client has every right to request any data or information he or she desires, as well as the right to view the files and accounts as much as he or she finds suitable in order to ensure that the work is working well, and the company is required to deliver a monthly report of the business performance.

The client has up to 48 hours to ask for a refund, and cannot in any way get a refund after this period.

The client agrees deducting the agreed amount on a monthly basis from his or her bank card as long as “Different for Advertising & E-Commerce” provides him or her with the agreed services, and this process continues unless otherwise clearly and explicitly stated.

Abiding by the regulations, laws, code of ethics, professional morals, systems and licenses: Obeying the laws, literally and spiritually, on which the ethical standards of the company are built.
Any party has the right to completely terminate the work if any morals or ethics are violated.

Intellectual Property

It is prohibited to copy any of the promotional videos or pictures, designs and any written words on this website. Any partial or complete copying of anything is considered a violation of the rights and privacy of Different Marketing and E-Commerce Company, therefor anyone who does this act will be legally punished.
